Pecinta karakterk komik Batman pastilah ingin mengoleksi semua barang-barang sampai action figur tokoh favorit. Bahkan pemeran Batman, Ben Affleck, ingin mengoleksi kostum Batman aka Batsuit.
Bukan kostum yang dijual ke pasaran, namun batsuit yang digunakan syuting Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Hal itu diungkapkan istri Jennifer Garner saat hadir dalam program acara Live with Kelly and Michael.
“I asked them ‘so, how about meybe taking the suit home at the end of thing this?’. They were like ‘for USD 100,000 we could!’,” kata Affleck.
Namun, Affleck menilai batsuit seharga USD 100 ribu atau sekitar Rp 1,2 miliar adalah wajar. Karena semua properti dan proses syuting memerlukan biaya yang tak sedikit dan waktu lama. Seperti pembentukan tubuhnya yang kekar dan besar.
“Audience have an increasing expectation. You see guys like Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans and all these guys whose bodies are just like, you think ‘how is that even possible?!’. So, exercising is as much of the job now in some ways as the rest of it,” jelas Affleck.
